The $154 option includes a $47 coordination component

Within the combined $154 option, the $47 is NRGroup’s administrative handling, preparation, and coordination service fee. It is not a Secretary of State fee, government filing fee, registered-agent annual fee, or formation fee.

Government fees remain additional. Applicable state or jurisdictional filing fees are additional and will be disclosed before filing submission.

Payment alone does not complete the government change. The change is complete only after acceptance by the applicable government authority.
