Registered Agent Service

For customers who want NRGroup Registered Agent Service and will handle any required registered-agent change filing themselves.

  • Purchase Registered Agent Service — $107/year.
  • Customer completes the applicable registered-agent change filing independently.
  • Customer pays the applicable government filing fee where applicable.
  • Registered Agent Change + Coordination is not required.
Purchase Registered Agent Service

NRGROUP HANDLES IT: $154 — purchase Registered Agent Service + Change Coordination and NRGroup handles the administrative preparation and coordination of the change filing.

For an existing business that wants NRGroup to provide Registered Agent Service and also handle the administrative preparation and coordination of the registered-agent change filing.

  • Includes Registered Agent Service — $107/year.
  • Includes Registered Agent Change + Coordination — $47.
  • Applicable state or government filing fees are additional and are NOT included in the $154 price.
Purchase Registered Agent Service + Change Coordination

Government filing fees are separate under every option. Payment does not itself complete the registered-agent change — the change is complete only after acceptance by the applicable government authority.
